PROJECTS WE ARE PROUD OF
SAMSUNG:
Expanding value proposition and building new online sales channels for Samsung and partners
Since 2020 Growth Consulting has driven several of Samsungs digital initiatives to increase sales together with operators and retail partners. Samsung now sell operator subscriptions with 8 operators in Nordics and have shop-in-shop initiatives with both mobile operators as well as main retailers like Elgiganten and Power.
Samsung's online sales almost doubled in a year and with high attachment rate for operators subscriptions. By strengthening relationships with operators and retailers Samsung now continues discussions on other digital initiatives like drop shipment of TV, financial solutions for renting your phone, trade-in, insurance based on our initiatives. The concept will be introduced to more operators in Europe and the Nordic countries is a role model in Samsung.
Samsung Group is the world's largest manufacturer of smartphones and TV's, with more than 300 000 employees and a turnover above $234 Billion. Samsung has ambition to become the digital leader, supporting its partners and increasing online sales.
SCRIVE:

With clients in over 30 countries and a good growth, Scrive needed to structure the organisation and create a go-to-market approach to meet client needs.
By industrialising the approach, having a defined way of working and clear segments, Scrive now has international focus areas and teams up and running. Growth has led several large segments operationally as acting VP's with clear growth targets.

LAWLY:
Finding new market niche and remodelling commercial strategy and value proposition to drive growth.
A partnership started with Growth from the start-up of the company, but when results didn't meet expectations, an extended involvement was needed to reach new partners with a wider reach. Lawly found a niche and started rebuilding the business model and product.
An initial business model and market strategy was put in place that focused on a SaaS offering and partners, rather than end customer. First step was to partner with NGO's regarding creating digitalising wills in a new SaaS offering. And within 2-3 quarters we had a new business model, stable and continuous revenue and a first opening for international expansion.
Lawly a digital contract start-up, with the vision to make it easy to create legal stability for the future.

VODAFONE- ZIGGO:
Integrating telco brands and creating new offering portfolio
We have been heavily involved in the commercial integration of one the biggest merges in the European telecom industry- the joint venture between Vodafone and Liberty in the Netherlands.
Within 6 month after the merge a new product portfolio based on mobility, broadband and entertainment services was launched. Now-days more than 1,5 million households and 2,5 million clients have both fixed and mobile subscriptions from both Vodafone and Ziggo
The joint venture between the operators Vodafone and Ziggo is the third largest operator in the Dutch market with 5,2 million mobile customers and 3,7 million fixed customers.
ISV/CURIOUS
Business turnaround defining a new offer and go-to-market and leading acquisition journey
The company had declining revenues and needed help to turn it around. Following a market research and business development process, we build a B2B SaaS business model and portfolio for ISV. This resulted in larger driving schools wanting to buy the new service. After six months revenues had increased and after an additional year the owner saw the opportunity to sell the company.
Growth led the acquisition process where ISV was acquired by a competitor, named Curious. After the M&A process, Growth partnered with Curious developing new product-market combinations and defined next steps to develop the market. Today we work with several of the brands in the group.
Curious is a company that provides software and telematics solutions in the field of mobility and logistics. It offers smart planning, customer management and communication, administration, route optimization, vehicle analysis, and other solutions.
KPN + SPOTIFY:
Designing and implementing a partnership to drive value and brand
We initiated and implemented the partnership between KPN and Spotify in the Netherlands. This has resulted for Spotify in a faster introduction with much higher penetration on the Dutch market. KPN integrated Spotify in their high speed broadband & TV portfolio. This resulted in much higher revenue and margin plus a positive boost in brand image for KPN.
KPN is the second largest operator in the Netherlands with 5,6 million mobile subscribers
